Your first day is a special one so we try to make it as enjoyable as we can. We will start by introducing you to the other children and the staff that are in your room, and then you are encouraged to investigate your

surroundings. During the day we will ask you how you’re feeling we will encourage your parents/carers to telephone to make them feel at ease.

 

The activities you will be doing are planned especially for you and your friends to have a fun filled learning day. All parents / carers can see the plans on the notice boards in the rooms. If you are in the younger rooms you will be given a daily diary so at the end of the day you can show people what fun you had.

 

For your first day you can bring a bag with all your things in (see items below), you will be given a peg and a basket or drawer. Please bring:

 

Lords & Ladies:

Plenty of nappies & wipes, nappy cream, comforter, spare clothes, indoor shoes, formula milk & bottles (cow’s milk provided) & smiles

 

Princes & Princesses:

Plenty of nappies & wipes, nappy cream, comforter, spare clothes, indoor shoes & smiles

 

Kings & Queens:

Spare clothes, indoor shoes.  Energy & smiles
